Real Estate Registry Officer of Caraguatatuba - SP, with their credits duly recorded in the deed under item b) "will comprise a bank of areas exceeding 25,6642 area hectares for use as environmental compensation for future licensing, either owned by the GRANTOR or by development projects the 3rd"
